Carol assists her Reiki clients to achieve a deeply relaxed state, creating an environment for healing, confidence, motivation and creativity; as well as relief of stress, fear, physical discomfort and freedom from negative habits.

Carol is proud to be a member of the Long Island Reiki Connection (LIRC), and an independent Usui Reiki Master/Teacher. She received her Usui Reiki Healing and Usui Master training at Integrated Approaches to Healing in 1999. She became a Karuna Reiki Master through the International Center for Reiki Training (ICRT) in 2006 in NY, NY.
