DRIVING DIRECTIONS TO HOLBROOK WELLNESS CENTER:
Please read carefully - Mapquest & GPS navigation systems mistakenly lead you to the Marriott Hotel which has the same address as the Center but is located one mile west of us in Ronkonkoma.
Long Island Expressway (LIE, I-495) eastbound:
The Holbrook Wellness Center is located diagonally across from Exit 61 (It is dangerous to cross the service road so rapidly) So I suggest you get off at Exit 60. Drive for about 1-1/2 miles. DRIVE ABOUT 1 MILE PAST THE MARRIOTT HOTEL (Regardless of what direction the house numbers are going in) - PAST LAUREL STREET, then - Look for our large white sign on the right (blue house), 5000 - Holbrook Wellness Center. (If you accidentally drive beyond the center, turn right on Patchogue-Holbrook Road, make another quick right to Smith Street and then one block to Union Avenue where you turn right again. Turn right on Maple Ave, (medical building/pharmacy on right). (Our parking lot is at the end of the block on the left side of the road.)
If you pass the Gulf gas station located on the corner of Expressway Dr South and Patchogue Holbrook Road just drive to the first underpass and make a left, then make another left to get on to Expressway Drive North and take to Patchogue Holbrook Road. Make left go to Smith Street (just after Gulf gas station) and make right, go to end of block and make right on Union Avenue, drive two blocks to Maple Ave (pharmacy in medical building on corner). Drive to end of block and turn left into our parking lot.
Long Island Expressway (LIE, I-495) westbound:
Drive west to Exit 61 - turn left to cross over the LIE (Patchogue-Holbrook Road), turn right on Smith Street (immediately after the gas station on corner) turn right on Union Avenue for a block or two and turn right on Maple. (Our parking lot is at the end of the block on the left side of the road - you cannot see the house number from Maple.)
