REIKI TRAINING REGISTRATION FORM
There is more to Reiki than using it to heal yourself and others of specific problems. Reiki has a deeper purpose. In the same way that Reiki is able to guide healing energy when you are giving a treatment, Reiki can guide your life. Becoming a Reiki practitioner is a serious step that must be preceded by thoughtful contemplation. Before committing to either the Reiki I and II or the Reiki III/Master training; it is important to meditate on your intent as well as your life's purpose and decide if Reiki healing is in harmony with it.
Prerequisite(s):
For all degrees of Reiki training: Read Diane Stein's "Essential Reiki"
If you are not starting with Reiki I, you provide proof of previous Reiki training and attunements to proceed to Higher degree of training
